Cindy Davidson - Business Administrator I have worked as a dental assistant since 1983, and joined Dr. Moriarty’s practice in 1997. My primary job is to assist Dr. Moriarty chairside during dental procedures, but recently I have been working in the business office as well. One part of my job as an assistant is to help make our patients feel at ease and comfortable during their appointments. It is so rewarding to be a part of giving someone back their smile and helping them regain their confidence. I feel so lucky to work with a great group of people who are not only my co-workers but also my friends.
I am married and a mother of four, stepmother of three and a proud grandmother of eleven! In my free time I enjoy bowling, playing golf and traveling.
Kelsey Garcia - Registered Dental Hygienist I began working in the dental profession in 2010 as a Certified Dental Assistant. I always knew I wanted to know more about the dental field so I expanded my knowledge in Dental Hygiene school at Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield, MO and graduated in 2015. There is no better feeling than helping patients achieve a healthy smile. I love getting to know all of my patients and helping them overcome and fear, anxiety or struggles pertaining to their oral health. Working with Dr. Moriarty and the rest of the staff is a blessing. Everyone here is caring, compassionate and all have the ultimate goal of helping patients better themselves through optimal oral health care. I am married and have a wonderful baby boy who amazes and inspires my husband and me every day. We love spending time together as family, whether it’s at the lake fishing or just watching movies or playing card/board games at home but our most favorite activity is playing with our son, his belly laughs make any day a great day.
Shawn Rotolo-Utz - Registered Dental Hygienist I started in the dental hygiene field in 1999 when I graduated from WSU with a Bachelor’s of General Studies with an emphasis in chemistry and biology and an Associates in Dental Hygiene. I have always worked in a general practice and I enjoy seeing a variety of patients. I like having the one on one experience and being able to develop a relationship with each of my patients. It is my desire to help them achieve their optimal oral health, and to assist them in realizing their oral health contributes to their overall well being. When I am not in the dental office I enjoy cooking, baking, reading and watching movies. I have two awesome sons who are the light of my life. They both are recent college graduates and divided our house between K-State and KU. Since becoming an empty nester I have adopted a precious little kitty named Stormie and an older Chihuahua named Phoebe.
Sierra Rice - Dental Assistant I have worked for Dr. Moriarty for 3 years. It has been a rewarding experience! My primary job is to assist chair side during dental procedures, but more importantly, I help make our patients feel comfortable during their appointments. It is so amazing to be a part of giving someone’s smile back and knowing it’s going to change their self-confidence forever. I am so lucky to have found such a great staff and career! My time outside the office is spent with my husband, our beautiful 3 children, Evan, Landon, & Lily. Our favorite hobbies include all things outdoors and family BBQs!
Stephanie Bessent - Office Manager I was born in Anchorage, Alaska into a dental family. I grew up watching my dad work on patients and helping in his office. As the Office Manager for Enhance Dental Care of Lawrence, it is my pleasure to oversee our staff, develop systems to follow for ideal patient care, and research new possibilities. I enjoy working with the rest of our team because they really care for each patient. They each know their job well and it is easy to be confident that they will provide the very best care possible. I am married and have 2 beautiful kids. I love how they yell, “Mama!” and come running to greet me when I walk in the door from work. We love nerf wars, board games, Mario Kart, riding bikes, and our annual trip to Mexico.
Jessie Calovich - Dental Assistant I have been in the dental field since 2008, and have worked with children and adults with high fear and anxiety of the dentist. I have worked with Dr. Moriarty and his staff for a total of 3 years and feel we have a great team! One of the things I enjoy most about dentistry is to see how changing a patient’s smile transforms their lives. I am married and have a 3 year old daughter named Jamesen. She brings me the most joy. In my free time, I love to workout in any way. We love being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
